QC (Quality Control) photos are warehouse pictures taken after your item arrives at USFans — before you pay international shipping. Our spreadsheet surfaces items that already have community QC albums on W2CLinks.
Start with shoes, hoodies, or search — every card shows 📷 QC.
The item matches the ordered model, colour and size; measurements are within tolerance; no visible construction or cosmetic defect affects use.
Ask for a tape measurement when sizing is unclear, a close-up when stitching or print alignment is hidden, and natural-light colour photos when warehouse lighting changes the appearance.
Use the warehouse return window for the wrong item, wrong size, stains, damage, severe glue marks, detached parts or a material difference from the seller listing. Keep screenshots of the listing and QC set.
Final check: confirm packed weight and whether removing packaging changes volumetric shipping cost before submitting the parcel.
