- Read recent reviews, not only the average. Filter for the newest critical reviews and look for repeated problems involving withdrawals, returns or missing parcels.
- Confirm the checkout total. Record exchange rates, payment fees, domestic freight, service fees and the international quote.
- Use QC as a decision point. Do not approve international shipping until the item, options and measurements match the order.
- Test support with a small order. Ask a specific return or shipping question and keep the response.
- Use a payment method with clear dispute terms. Never fund more than you can afford to have temporarily locked during a dispute.
Warning signs
Pause if the domain, payment recipient or support channel changes unexpectedly; if checkout fees differ from the published terms;
or if you are pressured to approve QC quickly. Shopping-agent purchases also carry seller-quality, customs and international-return risk.
